Membership
Soft skill trainers eligible for membership are working in the following fields:
- Coaching
- NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming.)
- (Intercultural) communication
- Team building & motivational leadership
- Trainers training & public speaking
- Conflict resolution, mediation & negotiation
- Psychological tools training such as personality typing, Emotional Intelligence, etc.
INEMLA operates independently from any other licensing body or organization, and is impartial to which other, often opposing, professional training bodies its trainers belong. It allows for a separate standard where professional trainers can set themselves apart through social responsibility, merit, experience and the quality of the seminars they provide.
All members are allowed to use our membership logo and name as part of their marketing.
Level 1 – Individual Trainer Membership
All member trainers are tested, audited and approved to have:
- Experience teaching a qualified methodology
- An excellent level of content knowledge
- Minimum of 1500 in training room teaching hours as a principal trainer
- Minimum of 1500 hours of field application in the tools they teach
- Minimum of 150 students whom completed their program
- Received adequate training, and teachers-training
- Quality program and documented course design
- Quality manuals and course materials
- Availability of organized post-course support & service
- Accuracy of any marketing materials
- Record of operating under the instituted INEMLA ethical standards and values
Requirements:
- Submit the “INEMLA Plan of Humanitarian Educational Effort to Aid Underprivileged Children”
- Submit a list of training types, dates, locations, with a duration surpassing 1500 hours of in training room teaching hours as a principal trainer
- Submit a list of 150 student names (all permission based)
- Submit adequate proof of 1500 hours of field application of the tools the trainer teaches
- Submit a minimum of 10 videos with over 1.5 hours of footage indicative of trainers teaching abilities
- Submit list of all completed certifications, diplomas & acquired qualifications
- Submit course/program designs, lessons plans, manual excerpts indicative of offering quality training & training materials
- Submit details around instituted measures to facilitate learning by students with different levels of EQ, IQ, socio-economic backgrounds and culture.
- Trainers resume
- Submit any marketing materials (websites, brochures, advertisements) which are 100% based on principles of honesty, integrity and accuracy
- Interview to assess content knowledge & suitability to join INEMLA

Cost:
Each member is required to offer yearly an adequate amount of service to the aid of underprivileged children at no cost to them.
Level 2 – Institution or Company Membership
All institutions or companies are tested, audited and approved to have:
- Experience teaching a qualified methodology
- An excellent level of content knowledge of all principal trainers
- Minimum of 1500 in training room teaching hours of each principal trainer
- Minimum of 1500 hours of field application in the tools each principal trainer teaches
- Minimum of 250 students who have completed their program
- Requirement that all trainers have received adequate training and teachers-training
- Quality program and documented course design
- Quality manuals and course materials
- Availability of organized post-course support & service
- All trainers operate under the instituted INEMLA ethical standards and values
Requirements:
- Submit the “INEMLA Plan of Humanitarian Educational Effort to Aid Underprivileged Children”
- Submit a list of training types, dates, locations, with a duration surpassing 1500 hours of in training room teaching hours as a principal trainer
- Submit a list of 250 student names (all permission based)
- Submit adequate proof of 1500 hours of field application of the tools the trainer teaches
- Submit a minimum of 5 videos with over 1 hour of footage of each principal trainer
- Submit a selected amount of short videos of each (assistant) trainer
- Submit list of all completed certifications, diplomas & acquired qualifications (of each trainer)
- Submit course/program designs, lessons plans, manual excerpts indicative of offering quality training & training materials
- Submit details of instituted measures to facilitate learning by students with different levels of EQ, IQ, socio-economic backgrounds and culture.
- Submit details of company registration such as chamber of commerce, dates of incorporation, etc.
- All trainers’ resumes
- Submit any marketing materials (websites, brochures, advertisements) which are 100% based on principles of honesty, integrity and accuracy
- Interview to assess content knowledge & suitability to join INEMLA
